Do Not Practice Water Fasting For 40 Days As Detoxification After Vaccination!
Apart from misinforming, the post is also dangerous for the health because prolonged water fasting must not be practised without medical supervision, especially not for 40 days! Scientific studies show that long-term water fasting is associated with unhealthy weight loss, muscle loss, constant fatigue, and can damage the immune system. As for the vaccine, no detoxification is needed, because, in the case of an mRNA vaccine, the body breaks down the mRNA and cleanses it
We are reviewing a Facebook post, which says that everyone who has received the mRNA vaccine (the only one administered in Macedonia is the Pfizer vaccine) should have a blood test with D-dimers because the vaccine allegedly causes clots of blood, which in two years will lead to strokes and heart damage.
The author of the post recommends everyone who has been vaccinated to do body cleansing, i.e. detoxification.
The most successful treatment is water fasting (40 days only water and nothing else) One of the best programs APP (anti parasite program) is by the method of Dr. Schultz, whose program in addition to supplements is water fasting, says the author of the post, who is not a medical person.
The post is viral and in the moment of our reviewing has been shared 66 times.
Apart from misinforming, the post is also dangerous for the health because prolonged water fasting must not be practised without medical supervision, especially not for 40 days! This is risky for the health!
Most water fasts are from 1 to 3 days. Water fasting, according to medical experts, should be avoided because it can lead to anorexia, serious implications for the body if not carried out under medical supervision and in an appropriate manner!
In 2011, patient Jonathan Cam died after a 32-day of water fasting. A study available on this link shows that the negative effects of water fasting are fatigue, heart problems and irregular heartbeat, high or low blood pressure, abdominal pain and dizziness. Long-term water fasting is associated with unhealthy weight loss, muscle loss, constant tiredness and feeling cold, mood swings, etc.
“A lot of people who attempt water-only fasts are people really struggling with really debilitating illness that they’re not finding a lot of help for, so they’re looking for something to save them,” said Christy Harrison, a registered dietitian.
Dr. Miriam Merad, director of the Precision Immunology Institute, says that long fasting can damage the immune system. According to her, any fasting longer than 2 days is a risk!
As for the vaccine, no detoxification is needed, because, in the case of an mRNA vaccine, the body breaks down the mRNA and cleanses it from the body. At the following link, you can see in detail how it is done.
In addition, the risk of thrombosis after vaccination is low. According to the European Medicines Agency, as of April 20, there were only 300 cases of rare blood clots worldwide! Only 25 of them were connected with Pfizer!
There is no research in the world, no recommendation from an official medical body, including the WHO, the US Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, or any scientific view claims that detoxification is needed after a vaccine. This invention, 40 days of water fasting, is a dangerous method, which should not be carried out by anyone without medical supervision and without consulting a doctor. Blood clots form in extremely rare cases. Hence, we evaluate the post that is the subject of our review as disinformation that can cause great damage.
