“Blackboard” – The principal of the elementary school “Rexho Ruzhit Zajazi” as a suspect

The evidence open space for justified suspicion that on 28 June 2006 in Kichevo, the suspect, as an official – Principal of the given school, abused his office and authorizations and allowed financial benefit for one legal entity
In the press conference from 23 March 2017, the Special Prosecution Office (SPO) announced that it has opened a new investigation under the code name “Blackboard”. In this investigation, the suspect is the principal of OU “Rexho Ruzhit Zajazi” from Zajas village for abuse of office and authorizations in 2006.
The prosecutor Fatime Fetai said that this investigation comprises
a crime – Abuse of office and authorizations from Article 353 Paragraph 5 relating to Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, and there is justified suspicion that it has been committed by the Principal of Central Elementary School “Rexho Ruzhit Zajazi” in Zajas village, Municipality of Zajas.
Namely, the evidence open space for justified suspicion that on 28 June 2006 in Kichevo, the suspect, as an official – Principal of the given school, abused his office and authorizations and allowed financial benefit for one legal entity.
There is justified suspicion that, without performing public procurement procedure and contrary to the duties laid down in the decision from the Ministry of Education and Science of the RM, the suspect, with intention to provide BAUPROF DOOEL Kichevo with financial benefit, concluded Contract for building a new school facility in Gorno Strogomishte village, Municipality of Kichevo, in the amount of 12.346.394 denar or 200.000 euro.
