The Spanish Porn Actor with “a Hundred Faces” Became Mihail from Kičevo Who Invented a Cure for Coronavirus

The photo that is shared on Facebook is neither a photo of Mihail from Kičevo, nor did he invent a cure for coronavirus. The person in the white coat is actually a porn actor from Spain. Columbiachek, a fact-checking site, as well as Maldita.es, debunked the fake news related to the porn actor’s character

 

A Facebook post spreads fake news that “Mihail, born in the village of Bukojčani, Kičevo region, found an effective cure for corona…But no one talks about this on the news, because they are taken over by politics.”

In addition to the post, there is a photo of a young man wearing a white coat.

“Well done Mihail. Macedonia needs such children”  reads the Facebook post, which contains the photo and the explanation about Mihail from Kičevo.

Our fact-check showed that the photo is neither from Mihail from Kičevo, nor did he invent a cure for coronavirus. The person in the white coat is actually a porn actor from Spain.

If you research the photo on Google, you will see that it appears in Twitter statuses in Spanish, and they indicate that the person is the young doctor Alberto Sanchez who had died working with a number of covid patients.

 

This is Alberto Sanchez, a doctor at De La Paz Hospital in Madrid, who has just died at the age of 24 from corona virus, after much work and effort in caring for hundreds of patients, but since he is not a footballer or a singer, he will not have the deserved repercussion.

In another status posted on Facebook in April 2020, the character is presented as Dr Aqiles Baeza Vergara.

This is Dr. Aqules Baeza Vergara, who has just died after 6 days without rest at La Raza de Cali Hospital.  He managed to cure many people of corona virus at the cost of his life, coming from Tlaxcala. No one will share because he is not a footballer, politician or rock star.

Colombiacek, the fact-checking site debunked the news in June 2020.

Once again, a photo of the famous Spanish porn actor Angel Munoz, known as “Jordi El Nino Polla”, the man with a thousand faces and a thousand professions (presented on social media as a doctor, engineer, deputy, judge, scholarship holder, grandson of Andres Felipe Arias), is used in Colombian social networks to generate misinformation, writes Columbiachek.

The site Maldita.es also debunked news related to the character of the porn actor in March 2020 and writes that he was still presented as the man who invented the vaccine against H1X1 flu.

In the end, we can conclude that Mihail from Kičevo does not exist, and he did not found a cure for coronavirus with which many people were cured. Such scams on social networks are very common, and people share this fake news without first checking what it is about.
